Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement with the Conditions that follow. You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Cultura Olive Oil’s relationship with you in relation to this website and /or e-shop. We reserve the right to make changes and modify the conditions. These will be posted here without notice. You agree to check this section periodically. Your continued use of the Site shall be considered your agreement to any modified conditions.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited. All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders leave our facilities within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will normally be shipped on Monday. We do not deliver on weekends. The full payment needs to be made after which order(s) will be dispatched.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide. It’s crucial you provided us with an accurate delivery address. If you notice you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP to request a change. If the parcel hasn’t been shipped yet we’ll make the change free of charge. However, if your order has already been dispatched, then you’ll be subject to any change or return fees set by the carrier.
Deliveries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and subsequent fees. We are not responsible and liable, and have no control over any costs added to your order(s) due to national legislations (about restrictions, customs, import duties etc.) of the shipping/destination countries.

Returns and Refunds
Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We provide full refund only when the request has been received before the order is dispatched. In that case we refund the purchase price along with the shipping fees. We reserve the right to not provide refund for the payment processing fees.
If the product has been damaged during transit, please provide a photo and description of the damage, and email us at info@culturaoliveoil.com. Even though we’re not responsible for the product once it’s been received by the courier, we’ll be doing our best to accommodate you and resolve any issues.

www.culturaoliveoil.com is a secure website. The payment process that requires your credit card information is processed through an encrypted gateway. We do not collect or store any of your personal credit card details.
